Shop Service Equipment Mechanic Responsibilities and Duties • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner and in accordance with company policy, OSHA and DOT • Shop Service Equipment Mechanic must be able to communicate with Service Manager on problems that could result in a work delay • Knowledge of Aerial Equipment • Preferably JLG and Genie Certified • Service and maintain a fleet of Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts and Forklifts • Shop Service Equipment Mechanic should have experience in electronics and hydraulics • Diesel and gas engine experience with prior experience as Forklift and Boom Lift mechanic • Shop Service Equipment Mechanic must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs • Shop Mechanic should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment • Have a strong mechanical attitude • Must be dependable and report to work on time • Must not have a fear of heights Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
