Looking for a couple of candidates that can join our team to assist us in completing fast pace critical projects on time. Due to the current increase in the demand for our specialty services in the manufacturing industry, we need additional team members to meet our customer demands. About Us: We specialize in the application and installation services of Ani-Static flooring solutions and clean room applications for the medical, aero space and commercial industries. Due to the nature of our business, we have to travel all over USA, Mexico and Canada. The ideal candidate must be able to travel as needed by air and land. Since our services are offered to manufacturing facilities, most projects are time sensitive and must be completed in shot times. Therefore; work shifts can sometimes require us to work 12 to 16 hours shifts non-stop over weekends. Our work has to be done while customers are not producing and shut down, therefore; most of our services take place on Weekends, Overnight, and Most Holidays. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1. Must be a USA Citizen or Legal USA Resident. (Since most of our customers are DOD and Government contractors USA Citizens are preferred) 2. Must have a clean record. (Background check will be done) 3. Be able to travel all around USA, Mexico and Canada. (Must hold a US Passport, if not, we will assist in getting one) 4. Willing to work most holidays and weekends as needed. ( Since our services are offered to the manufacturing industry, most of our projects are done during holidays and weekends, when our customers are off) 5. Be able to work in a fast pace environment and long shifts as needed. ( Most of our work is scheduled to start on a Friday evening and must be completed by Sunday night. Therefore; once started we may have to work around the clock with short breaks to complete the job on time) 6. Be familiar and confortable using basic power tools such as: drills, impact drill, grinder, etc... 7. Be able to stand for long periods of time. 8. Detailed oriented. Must be able to pay attention to detail. COMPENSATION: Pay is based on performance. Starting rate can be between $15 to $17 an hour to start. Once the candidate is able to work a few projects, pay may be adjusted based on performance. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: This may or may not be considered a Full Time job, since we are project driven. There are times when we can go weeks with no work, and other times be busy for several weeks in a row. Many of our current team members work with us on as needed basis.
