This place is as scandelous as it gets. I bought a car from them and in less than 24 hrs I was broken down. The car was so bad they offered money back or find a better car. I test drove another car, broke down on test drive but they said they would repair problems. Bought the car and the issues were never fixed. They got me to buy their warranty through 3rd party which now I understand why. Within 3 months, I've had 2 transmissions put it, they put in used and billed for new transmission, said they repaired a/c and billed for new part which was not new as I had the part held for me when I finally had another location fix a/c after 4 times top notch couldn't do it and the part was from a junkyard. Had yellow writing on it and was faulty. They did my brakes twice as the 1st time they didn't put a pin back in and that was found by a tire shop when I had a flat and they showed me. When my transmission was acting up I told them and they said to keep driving it until it gets worse! The following day it went on the 15 on my way to work! My door handle was broken and that was supposed to have been fixed prior to me getting the car in Oct of 2020 and it wasn't til Jan 2021 that it was finally fixed. Since I had to pay out of my pocket for my a/c cuz they cashed in on my warranty for the a/c they never fixed I asked them to reimburse me and they ignored me. So I took them to court and judgement ruled in my favor. You would think they would want to make customer happy and be done with this nightmare but no...they are appealing the case! Their mechanic is not certified, only puts bandaid on problems and found out he was driving my car while it was in for repairs. Taking it home at night! My car is fast and fun but nobody gave them permission to beat on it! This place sucks so bad so if you want a decent car then go elsewhere. Save the aggrevation. They will act all sweet and then take all the nonsense will start. Trust me it's not worth it!!! I'm ready to go round two in court with them as it gives me a chance to enter more negative things about them and recoup more money. They should have paid the 1000 and be done with it. Now I will let everyone know how bad they are. I know how hard I work for my money and it doesn't feel good when you are taken advantage of. Do not buy from here!!!
