The ideal candidate will be working in a residential area in the city of Paterson monitoring 2 locations. Requirements • At least 2 years as an onsite apartment or hotel. • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers Responsibilities • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion • Maintain a clean and a safe workspace • Turnover apartments for rental • Perform other duties, as assigned • Handle snow and other related situations Compensation Pay rate $21 to $22 hr. or depending on experience. Location Paterson N.J (Must have own Transportation to report to different locations in that area) Schedule 8am-5pm (Monday- Friday) plus plenty of O.T, will be on call after hours and available to work on the weekends.
