Milagro Latine Plaza – El Dia de los Muertos Bike Ride & Altar Tour
After an intensive month of altar building, IdeAl PDX, a consortium of Latine visual artists, is ready to share their work of altar instillations in area businesses. To commemorate the effort, Milagro is planning a costumed bike parade around the green loop on Saturday, October 30, from 1 to 4 PM. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume, and bring items for bike decorating. At 1 PM attendees will commence to decorate their bikes with provided materials. At 2 PM the ride around the Green Loop will make frequent stops at the various businesses on the route that have altar displays. The stops include:

The route concludes at Milagro, where there is a beautiful altar by IdeAl PDX Creative Director Jessica Lagunas. Additionally, there are also two more altars on SE Stark for viewing, that are within walking distance of Milagro.

Proof of Vaccination Required for Entrance to workshop and masks are required both indoors and during the ride.
