Description

We will be cleaning new construction buildings getting them ready for the client to move in. • This position provides cleaning services for construction sites in all aspects after or during the construction cycle at the site • Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Company • Must always observe the uniform policy • Properly dispose of any debris and trash • Obtain information on what are the areas to be clean and specifics about the cleaning project • Wipe down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and fixtures • Sweep and mop floors and outdoor sidewalks and patio spaces • Window cleaning usually involves hand cleaning and pressure washing • Vacuum floors to remove excess nail or loose fibers left behind by contractors • Disposal of construction material residues • Washing walls and ceiling • Clean marks on walls and baseboards • Cleaning brickwork and hard surfaces • Check all areas for last minute cleaning detailing • Observes proper safety procedures • Use PPE when necessary and depending on type of task • Communicates to supervisor any challenges that might arise during the cleaning process • Adapt to work under an indoor or outdoor environment • Adapt to work under all type of weather conditions
