This is a full body work with an experienced personal trainer and body builder. This work out is for skillsets, and fitness lovers.
We would love to have you at Gorilla Fit’s Bootcamp. This event will be a full body, circuit based workout. All skill sets are welcomed, and modifications will be demonstrated.
Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
