We have a very unique opportunity for the right trades person. First we are a small team in an exclusive environment, one job site. Must be a versatile team player who takes initiative. Primary responsible is refinishing Sappele wood, exterior doors and windows. In addition we have Ipe decks and pergolas and other hard surfaces that require up keep. There are interior projects. Minimum experience is (3) years of fine finish work and skills with all associated power tools and coatings. We offer flexible schedule, FT employment with a complete benefit package including a matching 401K and competitive wage. Generally you will be working alone in a quiet environment.
