Benefits Set your own schedule and work as much as you'd like. Part-time subcontracts available to start, but could lead to more hours. After 90 days probation more subcontract jobs would be available. More business is given based on your quality of work and the reviews you earn. Based on experience & account you can make from $15 to $20+ per hour. Compensation is variable dependent on contract and account. Choose areas you want to work, we'll get the accounts for you. We want our "Partner Associates" be able to advance! Our Requirements You must like cleaning & making customers happy Comfortable working alone or in teams. Able to lift 50+ lbs. or more as needed. Able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Able to communicate in English. (Speaking Spanish a plus) Must have Smart Cell Phone with email, data, GPS available Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Valid driver's license. Clean driving record Reliable own working vehicle. Valid auto insurance. Must have previous experience as office cleaner / janitor / housekeeper / maid.
