Round 2 of Public Engagement for Clinton County Comprehensive Plan After a successful first round of public engagement (see engagement memo for more information) held in the Spring of 2021, the Clinton County 2040 planning team and Steering Committee have been hard at work developing draft plan recommendation. Now, we want YOUR input! Everyone who cares about the future of Clinton County is invited to provide their comments! In this second round of engagement, participants can review and comment on Draft Actions and interact with Draft Character Area Maps that will help shape the County over the next 20 years, and beyond.
