For this ceremony we will go deeper into the ancient wisdom around altars, the different types, and how to create one. Do you have an altar? Maybe you've always been curious about altars, but don't know where to start? Are you in need of protection, healing, purification, and a change of perspective? This is the ceremony for you. Altars provide a dedicated space for the Divine to enter. There are many ways, traditions, and types of altars. For this ceremony, we will create a community altar for protection, healing, purification and honoring our paths. We will go through the different aspects and foundations of altars. How to cleanse and protect your altar, what should be given, and when. In this ceremony we will cover the basics of the altars, so you can design, shape, and perfect your own altar depending on your personal needs and practices. Our community altar will be a place where we each contribute our prayers, intentions, and energy to the greater good of all Sentient Life on this planet. Our intention is for protection, healing, and purification for the way forward. Things to bring for the altar ceremony: *Flowers *Sacred herb offering *Incense *Sacred objects that you would like charged in the energy *Snacks, food, or beverages that are not cooked but have significance. Can even be a bottle of water. *An egg (Egg is for those who would like an limpia which is an aura cleansing using an egg) If you would like the egg cleansing also bring a small cup where we will break the egg and read what is coming next for you. Song Bird Grand Mother is a Modern Day Medicine Woman who helps you to “awaken your ancient fire.” She works with the Divine Mother (Grand Mother), and the Spirit worlds as a bridge between East and West with her Native American and Korean Ancestral wisdom and gifts.
