Halloween Tea at the Frederick House. All proceeds benefit Wendy's Place Cat Rescue. Frederick House is a 23 room boutique inn located in historic downtown Staunton, VA.  As a collection of 5 historic houses, we have a breakfast / office building that we use as a central location for events.
