Harper is an adorable 10 month old Standard Poodle, she is only about 32 pounds. She was surrendered to the shelter very matted and neglected. Harper is an energetic, playful and affectionate girl. She loves playing with other dogs and would live an active family. Because we don't know her history we won't consider applications with children under 8.
