Where would I turn a taxi driver into the the state or taxi commission in NJ? I searched and have found nothing on where to report it. My daughter was almost hit by a taxi who made a right turn from the left lane. Luckily she was able to avoid the accident but stuff like this is very common in my area with cabs. Thanks
