Bearded Dragon and complete setup

I have a juvenile bearded dragon that I have owned since June. Even with the best efforts of heating sources my house is not staying warm enough to help keep his enclosure at the right temperature during the night. With knowing that it’s only going to get colder as winter comes. Needing to find him a good home. He comes with everything I have. 40 gallon terrarium with front doors and has lid on top for dropping the crickets in. - UVB with its own light fixture -Halogen Heat bulb with its own fixture. The bulb is only a week old. -60 watt ceramic heat emitter. The fixture, heat emitter and its stand is only a week old. -rock cave -Log -Thrive Desert Reptile Decorating Kit -Desert Carpet -Kling background scenery -food and water bowl -carrying cage -cricket cage -cricket food and water -calcium powder -any remaining small crickets that I get from Petsmart -any remaining meal worms that are also purchased from Petsmart and are kept in the fridge until used This literally is a really nice complete setup. I am only asking $150 for everything and the bearded dragon that we call fluffy. I have a lot more invested into this setup. As the tank alone was more than what I am asking for. Just wanting to make sure that he goes to a good home
