In recent years, Almar Jackson Pools has received over a dozen awards for design, technical expertise, and renovation work. We are looking for Pool Construction Technicians to join our team! Pool/Spa Mechanic & Technician Responsibilities Complete daily tasks in a timely manner Able to work outside and solve problems on the spot Be organized, professional and keep trucks and work site clean Job ranges from inground pool/spa equipment repair, leak seeking, removal and replacement of equipment works well with others and be proactive in stressful situations work with power tools, hand tools, gas saws, and some testing of electrical equipment able to trouble shoot pool and spa systems Pool Start-Ups and Control Systems knowledge a plus Pool Construction / Technician Qualifications and Skills MUST have valid Drivers License MUST be able to work outside MUST be able to swim and diving a plus Pool industry / construction experience is a plus but not required carpentry, Concrete, Construction experience a plus but not required Experience with hand tools and power tools a plus but not required Hours are typically Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (some weekends) Honest and reliable Team worker who is eager to learn and grow Pool/Spa Mechanic & Technician Benefits Benefits after 90 days 401k after 1 year Paid vacation after 1 year Room for growth Commission based incentives Job Type: Full-time Principals only.
