Lost grey tabby?

Not sure if this is a lost cat but it was meowing and was really hungry. Is sooooo friendly! We gave some dry cat food and water, stopped meowing and is now purring and sleeping on a blanket on our front porch. Wanted to let it find its way back home but we will continue to check on it, (I think it is a male?). So soft and seems healthy and well cared for but no collar, maybe it came off. Loves to rub and cuddle! Has a light spot on forehead. Tail is wide at the base. A lovely kitty. Found near Ten Mile and Ustick in Wilkins Ranch neighborhood.
