Sweet Young Cat for Adoption

There is this sweet homeless young cat that comes to our house for the past year. There is no collar on this cat, sometimes comes scratched up (currently has a big gash on it's back), and is always hungry(severally underweight). I have not seen if there is a chip on this cat but it's appearance and the fact that it comes at all times of the day, morning, afternoon, and evening and stays for hours on end makes me believe it does not have an owner. It has survived last winter somehow but as it gets cold outside, I wanted to see if someone will be willing to adopt this cat. The cat is incredibly sweet, as it often nudges it's head against our legs begging to be pet and simply wants to be loved. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please contact me! I will also be contacting my local shelters and seeing if anyone is willing to take him in but I am not sure if they will since he is at least one year old and has been outside it's entire life.
