I'm a sculptor looking for a new studio mate. I'm also open to shorter term sublease/rental if you have a specific project you need more space for. The studio is 625sq ft. total, available now. I'm flexible on how exactly we split the space and will price accordingly but looking for someone to rent about half which would be between $650 - $1000. Large shared work table pictured in the middle of the space, slop sink, and storage available. I work in clay, stone, lighting, and light wood working. I make a little bit of dust from time to time, open to artists/makers working in most media as long as you keep things tidy. The building is a few blocks from the Jefferson L train and has a freight elevator. Wifi is included, electric and gas heating are additional. 220 outlet available I've been in the building for 5+ years, I work for an arts organization and teach ceramics so I'm typically in the studio nights and weekends.
