Job Vacancy Announcement Position: Maintenance Tech Minimum Qualifications: • An absolute commitment to customer service. • High School diploma preferred. • Previous supervisory experience required. • Previous housekeeping experience preferred. • Able to prioritize, organize and delegate responsibilities. • A “People person” who is confident, has strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality. • Strong communication skills (both written and oral). • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize. • Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Schedule: Varied hours, primarily Monday through Friday day shift, nights, weekends and holidays will be necessary at times.
