Position: Maintenance Tech
Minimum Qualifications:
• An absolute commitment to customer service.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to prioritize, organize and delegate responsibilities.
• A “People person” who is confident, has strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
• Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
• Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
Status: Non-Exempt, Regular Full Time
Compensation: $15.00-18.00/hour DOE plus shift differentials

Schedule: Varied hours, primarily Monday through Friday day shift, nights, weekends and holidays will be necessary at times.

Summary of Work: Responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for our guests to exercise, assist with ordering of facility supplies, and designing and implementing maintenance procedures, basic maintenance of facility and equipment. Other duties may be assigned.
