Join us under the October Full Moon for an evening of relaxation, Sunset Yoga, Sound Healing Meditation & an Aires Moon Ceremony! Join us for our final 2021 Full Moon Ceremony gathering on the beach! Join us under the October Full Moon in Aires for an evening of relaxation, Sunset Yoga, Sound Healing Meditation & a Moon Ceremony! Holographic Sound Healing is a special offering that combines the magic of crystal singing bowls with vocal toning. Crystal bowls can illicit a similar state to that of sleep and can be a powerful vehicle for deep insights. Classes are also used to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body & soul. We will open the evening with a grounding yin yoga practice to honor and connect with mother earth, followed by a sound healing meditation and extended savasana. Following our practice and sound healing meditation, enjoy a sacred Full Moon Ceremony. The October Full Moon falls in the sign of Aires, and activates a T-Square configuration, which stirs up some intense energy. The energies are intense, but if we allow them, can offer some powerful wisdom, guidance and growth. This moon is asking us to take ACTION stemming from our heart center. Since the energy is so intense, it may feel overwhelming or difficult to discern what action to take. Together we will create the space for grounding down and exploring the truth that is waiting to be heard from deep within our hearts, allowing its light to guide us. The Full Moon combined with the healing power of Mother Ocean is a time to clear, nourish and renew our bodies and spirits. Together we will bathe in the potency of the Full Moon, be lulled by the ocean waves and connect with community.
