In this 3-part class*, we're going to teach you how to bio-hack your brain so you can pump the brakes on stressful living and the pain, exhaustion, and frenzy that it brings.
We're going to explore HOW and WHY breathing mindfully actually works and combine it with some Plant-based Wellness - which is working in conjunction with various plants (our partners in breathing)- from teas and essential oils to topical applications.

Week 2: Balancing Stress and Anxiety
Week 3: All-Natural Pain Management
Each week will be accompanied by soothing teas and herbal products for a comprehensive Wellness Toolkit for you to use whenever and wherever you are!
* While developed as a 3-part series, course content is not contingent on being at all 3 nights. You'll have the option to buy individual evenings as it serves. Naturally, the more learning the better.
