Heritage Heights at Lake Chelan, a senior housing community specializing in assisted living is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to become an integral part of our team at our community in Chelan, Washington. These duties include, but are not limited to: ● Primarily responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director with general and operating maintenance of the community ● HVAC Equipment ● Lighting/Electrical Maintenance ● Sprinkler System ● Fire Safety Evacuation Program ● Lawn Services ● Routine repair/maintenance of building, resident room, common areas Requirements: ● Minimum of 2 years’ experience and 2 year degree preferred ● Assisted Living/Long-Term Care experience preferred ● Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment ● Knowledge of basic safety standards.
