This time we will have heavy hors' d'oeuvres paired with bourbon and cigars. Chef Matt Corbin will provide the buffet style hors' d'oeuvres. The bourbon will be provided by Pauley Hollow Distillery out of Eastern Kentucky. They are new to the bourbon game but we believe they have created a couple of real winners. Owner and master distiller Josh Martin from Pauley Hollow will be doing a tasting and bourbon presentation. There will also be a cigar presentation conducted by the man, the myth, the legend, Rick Charles. He will be showcasing a variety of cigar brands from all over the world.
