***I need help with painting stairs***

Hello, I need help with painting interior stairs in a typical 2-family home. The stairs are inside my unit, from the shared entryway, there are approximately 14 steps with no angles or turns. Looking for risers to be painted white and the steps to be painted a different color. No spindles or handrail needs to be painted, only the steps and risers. A seasoned professional that knows whether the steps need to be sanded, prior to painting, would be helpful as I would like to not have to deal with the flying dust in my unit, if it's an option... The walls on the opposite sides of the stairs might be painted at a later date, but right now, these aren't a priority. If job can be done outside your normal work hours as a side hustle, then I'm okay with that as I am flexible with respect to your start time (I'm looking for this to be done soon). COVID-conscious household here and looking for like-minded candidates. Please let me know: your current experience level, quick estimate (if possible), availability, and whether you are close to Belmont. Thanks
