Found Tuxedo Cat

Found adult tuxedo male cat. Currently at Brandywine by office & laundry. Super friendly. Obvious house cat. Keeps trying to come in but I am fostering (2 )7-week old kittens. Seems very scared-very vocal. Is definitely a new cat to the neighborhood. Anyone missing him or want to keep him?
