Sell the customer what they need (cars). Training and developing staff on procedures, quality and opportunities. Check quality based on set standard for washes and details. Promote and grow customer base. Successfully solving and reporting customer complaints or issues. Oversee/maintain daily staffing as per schedule. Organizing inventory and maintain quantity according to set guidelines.'
