Enter our Pet Costume Contest! Dress up your furry friends and enter them to win our Costume Contest at Howl-O-Ween Fun Fest! First, second, and third place winners will receive prize baskets from Muttigans. Entry fees are per pet and all proceeds will be donated to Adoption First Animal Rescue.
