Positions Available: • Maintenance Technicians • Make Ready Technicians / Carpenters Position Details: Maintenance Technicians • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • All facets of apartment make ready Make Ready Technicians / Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
