An established condominium is looking for a maintenance person willing to learn pool maintenance, irrigation maintenance and general repairs. Must be able to sit or stand for 8 hours, must be able to lift up to 15lbs, must be able to operate power tools, must be able to climb ladders, must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening, must be able to work independently and follow directions.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm
Pay:
$15.00 an hour
