An established condominium is looking for a full time Janitor/Maintenance assistant. Must be able to climb ladders, sit or stand for 8 hours, lift up to 15lbs, have some cleaning experience, work independently and as a team, follow a schedule and directions. Pass a drug screen and background.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
5:30am-1:30pm (this can be changed if it works better with employee)
20 hours dedicated to cleaning the clubhouse, entry lobbies, gym, bathrooms and office.
20 hours dedicated to assisting with power washing and minor maintenance items.
Pay and Benefits:
$13.00 an hour
