An outdoor Halloween Costume Swap with stylists and DJ hosted at the Atrium Hello, costume and theme night enthusiasts! Our first Upcycle Pop-Up Costume Swap was a success so we decided to go for round two…The Atrium is teaming up with Swapwise to host another swap next Friday afternoon, October 22nd. The three months of October through December are packed full of Halloween parties, theme events, and holiday festivities which makes it the busiest season for local performing artists! This is the Atrium’s sustainability-driven response to all those fun, festive invitations rolling in. As artists, each year we craft and we collect and we spend so much time and energy, and money putting together gorgeous ensembles that we may never use again. Bring those retired costumes and accessories by the front patio to trade for new-to-you pieces to upcycle and repurpose. This event is free and open to all creatives, performance artists, and the general community - This event is gender-inclusive, all are welcome to join! Kindly presented by Gallery Director Sammie Anne with a live DJ to get good energy going, personal stylists on-site, and a few more fun surprises.
