WTCC's Halloween Town Party Friends and Neighbors, please join us for a free community event and some spook-tacular fun this halloween. Join us for Halloween story time, crafts for kids, and a full halloween town village to explore. Kids can also learn about the spectacular world of bats, test their monster mash dance skills, and some enjoy some tricks and treats! Costumes encouraged!
