Join NTC Environmental Educator Rachel Holbert for an engaging naturalist walk through the forest of Ballard Park. Participants will learn about seasonal changes and the interconnected systems that support the forest from the soil up. Topics will include trees, birds, mushrooms and more. This will be the final free tree walk for 2021. Please dress for the weather. Working hand-in-hand with the City of Newport's Division of Forestry, the Newport Tree Conservancy is is dedicated to protecting, celebrating and replanting Newport's legendary urban forest.
