Learn MIG welding at Coco-Op, Flagstaff's local non-profit MakerSpace. October 28: MIG Welding Basics6pm - 9pmInstructor: Brent Barghahn Description: In this Safety and Basic Use class, you will learn how to safely operate our MIG welding station and create simple joints in mild steel under ¼” thick. The class will be a discussion of theory (cutting, preparing a workpiece, welding technique) and then conclude with a hands on demo. This course will leave you certified to use our MIG welder on your own time. Come learn the basics to create projects in steel! Date: October 28, 2021 Time: 3 hours, 6 - 9 pm Attire: Pants, closed toe shoes, long sleeve cotton shirt Age: 18+ Coco-Op is Flagstaff's MakerSpace.
