Have the ability to choose how long you work!!! We pay per job for detail orientated, self motivated, dedicated clean up teams! Our company just expanded to Austin and have work coming up cleaning for community home builders in the near future! Texas Gold'n Brooms believes you shouldn't get hourly because as post construction cleaners, you will do a lot in an expected short amount of time meaning we need hard workers who are used to moving and labor. Estimated $50.00 per clean per person with a totaling potential of $200 per unit/home per person! Crews of 2-3 per home. You will need to pass a background check, have a valid ID, pass drug test, and show up on time as well as prepared. What will you be doing? NOT your average clean. shop vacuuming drawers, cabinets, window sills scraping excess paint and grout that construction workers miss. peeling labels, plastic, stickers, protective film off of refrigerators, dishwashers, toilets, tubs, windows, and mirrors sweeping, mopping vacuuming floors.
