Looking to start a band/jam

Umm.... looking to start a band or even just jam. I've been playing guitars for about 20 years and drums for about 5 years. Into raw black metal, post punk, noise, experimental etc... I'm 37, vaxxed, and all that. Looking to write/start from scratch. Not a bassist and I don't want to learn anyone else's song. I also live up in North Austin so I hope that covers that.
