This 45-minute hybrid circuit session combines strength, cardio, core, agility, abs and resistance and will keep you on your toes from start to finish! Plus, we're bringing the Halloween cheer - wear your best workout-friendly Halloween costume and you'll be entered in the costume contest to win amazing prizes. The more creative the better!
