Arizona Service & Installation has several IMMEDIATE openings for general laborer/installer positions! Experience: We are seeking highly motivated, reliable, go-getters that are willing to work a fast-paced job and able to perform tasks individually or as part of a team. Must be self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency, quality, and meeting deadlines. WE WILL TRAIN! If you don’t have the experience but have the drive, please apply…we will train you! • You need to be comfortable with ladders and lifts as well as the ability to use simple hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, etc. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Professional, upbeat, positive attitude. • Keeping calm in stressful situations. • Sharp attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as an integral team member. Skillsets: • Must be prepared for all aspects of a job. • Leadership qualities, organization, and a positive attitude. • General knowledge of hardware and safe use of hand tools and power tools. • Problem solving skills and ability to evaluate, diagnose and recommend best solutions. • Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 75 lbs.). • Must be able to read work orders and follow instruction. • Good communication skills – both oral and written. • Ability to work extended hours including weekend and evening hours when necessary. • Ability to work out of state which may include weekend and evening hours when necessary. • Comply with various safety standards as set forth by clients and industries. • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines. Compensation: • $18 per hour to start. • May be eligible for overtime. • May be eligible for bonus pay. • Bonus of $1000 after successful completion of 6 months of employment. • Continued growth within the company. • Employer to contribute 50% toward individual health insurance premiums after 90 days. • Dental/Vision coverage available with low monthly cost to employees.
