Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, structural elements, including the parking lot. This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. We're seeking a Maintenance and porter to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES: ~Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. ~Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs. ~ Arrive at the building on time and ready to perform required duties ~Provide friendly and courteous assistance to tenants and visitors ~Cooperate with building security services as needed ~Adhere to all proper safety guidelines (example: use appropriate signage when using products that create wet or slippery conditions) QUALIFICATIONS: ~1yr of experience ~Basic Knowledge of plumbing drywall and with tools ~Report to the manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those that are currently in progress ~Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks and etc. ~Muat have reliable transportation EMAIL US YOUR RESUME TODAY AND START WORKING TOMORROW!
