DANVERS, MA — With estimates that 75 percent of child safety seats are not properly installed, Danvers Toyota, the Danvers Police Department and the Kiwanis Club will hold a child seat safety event on Sunday morning.
From 9 a.m. to noon, police officers and certified national technicians will be at the Andover Street location to make sure child safety seats are properly installed, install new seats, check for safety recalls and educate parents and families on when a safety seat needs to be replaced.
