We are looking for a licensed contractor. We need someone that can repair roofs and we need a contractor who can do sheetrock, tape, texture and paint. We do a lot of repair work. A lot of our work is done at time and materials. The 2nd half of the work is in a proposal format. For the basic repair jobs, you should be comfortable working off of sq ft and pictures. We get too many request for you to walk every job. On the bigger projects, we will ask you to walk the job with us. As winter is near, so is our busy season.
