Information about our Club can be found at: www.belvederetennisclub.com or by calling Maintenance Supervisor, Emmanuel Benoit at 415-328-4677 We are seeking a full time Maintenance/Cleaning person to work evenings and weekends at the Belvedere Tennis Club. This position performs a variety of tasks involving some maintenance repair work, and the general cleaning of the Club facility. Duties include but are not limited to, work such as, cleaning the tennis courts and fitness room; monitoring and cleaning the restrooms and pool area; washing and drying towels, setting up and breaking down for events & programs, routine maintenance repair work, and all other assigned work relating to the upkeep for our Club facility. Qualifications: - Experience in facilities, routine maintenance repair and custodial work - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance) - Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. - Ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors - Effective organizational and time management skills. - Ability to read and follow basic written instructions in English
