Moga Transport in Petaluma has a full time position available in our Maintenance department as a Handyman. We are looking for a long-term hire. This is a special opportunity to work with a successful company and team. Job Description: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment and facility. Job Requirements: *Must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot problems. Some light plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus. Occasional grounds keeping as needed. Knowledge of truck hardware is preferred as you will sometimes be required to work with our mechanics in the workshop. *Current California driver's license with clean driving record required. *Must be reliable and dependable and must be available to be on call during the weekends, and stay until the emergency repair is done. *Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance role *Attention to detail; someone who takes great pride in their work *While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
