As an IoT Assembly Technician, you help scale the flashing, assembly, packaging, and shipping of our newest product offering, Therma. Partnering closely with our Customer Support and Success teams, you will help with the coordination of carrier pick up and drop off, and maintain updated tracking documentation for our deployments. The ideal candidate will be technically-minded, detail oriented and able to follow established processes, while working independently. This role offers exposure to the software and hardware development process, as well as mentorship from the engineering team. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is based out of our US headquarters located in San Francisco, CA. About You * 4-year degree or equivalent experience * Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment * Technically-minded, comfort with electronics and software development * Experience with Excel * An insured vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to USPS, FedEx, or DHL * IoT/hardware development experience and familiarity with ShipStation a plus This is a full-time 90-day contract-to-hire role. You must be able to work from our San Francisco office.
