We are hiring an additional Seismic Fastening Installers (no experience pessary) for our Northern California Bay Area office (Hayward). We service the largest Bio and Tech companies Earthquake Preparedness needs. Great job for an energetic person who wants to make some good money and learn a new trade. Work consists of light indoor construction "handy man work in labs and offices". Drilling holes into walls and floor to secure items for earthquake safety. We provide our team with brand new Dodge Vans outfitted with racks and tools. Our warehouse is in Hayward, last exit before you go over the bridge to San Mateo. Our family based company HQ is in San Diego. Must Have: - Clean DMV (preferred but not nessary) - Clean Background (background check submitted before employment) - Pass Drug test - Able to lift 50lbs - Live Locally - Have reliable transportation - Available to work full time (early starts most days, later starts occasionally) Typical day is 7:30-3:30 - Knowledge of basic hand tools a plus + (hand drills, floor drills, etc.) - Positive attitude and ability to work well with others - Motivated and willing to learn the trade - Being presentable and punctual is crucial!
