This 4-week pitching clinic is designed for pitchers ages 10-14 to improve upon pitching mechanics and learn new drills from a DI pitcher. Clinic Description: Over the winter, the pitchers will improve upon the physical and mental sides of pitching in order to sharpen their skills for the spring softball season. Open for all pitchers with a range of experience either on U10, U 12, or U14 rec, school, or travel teams. The structure of the clinic will include a 10 minute warm up, 15 minutes of mechanic drills, 15 minutes of weekly accuracy, speed or mindset drills, 10 minutes of competitive pitching games (compete for cool prizes!), and a 10 minute cool down and Q&A. Clinic Price: $45 per Saturday session, for a total of 4 weeks. Price includes tunnel rental and any online processing fees. The pitching pack includes a brand new 11 or 12 inch pitching ball, a hockey puck spinner, a softball bracelet, a few grip-strengthening rubber bands, a roll of tape to mark their pitching ball, and a booklet of my pitching warm up drills. Clinic Instructor: Emily Sargent Emily is a former Division 1 pitcher from Central Massachusetts. She pitched at Central Connecticut State University and is currently a certified strength and conditioning coach. She has been a pitching coach for 6 years and has helped young pitchers gain speed, accuracy, and confidence with their pitches.
