MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Leocadis Colon, 51, who has been missing from Middletown since June. Colon has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. Police said Colon was last seen leaving Gilead Services at 222 Main Street Ext. on June 4. "Leocadis has not had access to his required medications since the morning of his disappearance," police wrote in a news release. "As a result, he is thought to be confused and unable to make safe decisions regarding his self-care and wellbeing. Leocadis is considered to be a grave danger to himself and/or others as a result."
