All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS ROBBERY, 2021-10100175, 800 block of S. Frederick Street. At approximately 5:43 p.m. on October 10, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just occurred. Based upon information provided by dispatch and witnesses in the area, a lookout was broadcast and two of the three suspects were located and taken into custody without incident. The investigation determined that the three known suspects allegedly forced entry into the victim's apartment and physically assaulted her before stealing two cell phones and fleeing the scene on foot. During a search of the two suspects incident to arrest, items consistent with drug paraphernalia were recovered. Edwin Sanchez, 35, of Fairfax, Va., was arrested and charged with Robbery, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance (x2), and Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance. Seung Han Lee, 38, of Chantilly, Va., was arrested and charged with Robbery, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance, and Burglary with Intent to Commit a Felony. He was also served with an outstanding warrant out of Fairfax County. Warrants were obtained for the outstanding suspect. The investigation is ongoing. ATTEMPTED BURGLARY (late), 2021-10090170, 3200 block of 5th Street S. At approximately 2:33 p.m. on October 9, police were dispatched to the late report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 12:30 p.m., the witness went to check on the victim's residence when she observed damage to the lock on the front door. No other items were reported damaged or stolen and no entry was believed to have been made inside. There is no suspect(s) description.
