ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police announced that shots were fired last Wednesday in Annapolis. Officers were called to the 700 block of Newtowne Drive around 8:41 p.m. After a search on foot, authorities said that they found a parked and unoccupied vehicle that was hit by three bullets.
